The company requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join as Content Marketing Executive working across all the products within the portfolio and reporting in to the Vice President, Content & Product Marketing. The Content Marketing Executive’s role will be to assist with the planning, development and generation of content, plus the distribution across varied channels. CloudSense works both directly with customers and also with various partners, this role covers both direct and channel.
You will have experience of working in a B2B marketing environment and want to pursue a career within a content based discipline. We are seeking an individual who has a sound understanding of what is needed to create and publish new content to generate awareness, interest and opportunities for the purposes of revenue generation.
You must be able to learn quickly about the industry sectors we focus on and how our customers’ challenges can be addressed with technology and software. In addition, you will be expected to create close working relationships with the sales teams, product teams and others in the marketing team. You must be able to exhibit a positive, can-do attitude and want build to a career in a growing company.
Assist in the planning and execution of all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales and customer retention
Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives
Create, optimise and manage web pages to support the company’s promotional and marketing activities
Work with other members of the team and 3rd party suppliers to create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimise the path to conversion
Plan, research, create, proof-read, publish and measure performance of content
Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
Support the delivery of the content plan and a multi-channel approach to publishing
Shared channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels
Measurement and optimisation of content program on a regular and ongoing basis
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, with an emphasis on content.
Experience in generating various types of content such as video, web pages, blogs, emails, slide decks and white papers.
High creativity and personal productivity with superior written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, business or related subjects.
Creative, but also process-driven relying on data to make decisions.
Proven marketing measurement and ROI analysis on campaigns.
Proficient with CMS and social media channels
Strong team player – Willing to work for the team to ensure the continued success of the company.
