Construct and implement digital demand generation plans and programmes to ensure a steady stream of leads to feed the Sales Development Team.
Analyze site traffic for trends, use patterns to identify and quantify customer/visitor behavior and make recommendations to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates by manipulating layout, content, CTAs, page flow, ad copy, etc.
Support the implementation of full-funnel digital initiatives and create/optimize processes.
Lead and track SEO and SEM campaigns, developing content and campaigns based on keyword research.
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization such as email marketing and landing pages, working closely with the field marketing team.
Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance.
Oversee the successful implementation of marketing tools and integrations with Marketing Automation systems and Salesforce.
Create and manage digital campaign budgets (Adwords, LinkedIn, etc) and the metrics to measure on all digital campaigns.
Ensure all programme elements are tracked correctly within our marketing automation system and Salesforce to allow detailed reporting.
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
At least 3-5 years of B2B Digital Marketing experience
A track record of accomplishments
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Strong detail and process orientation, able to manage time, budget and projects effectively.
An understanding of the digital marketing trifecta and experience creating and implementing comprehensive initiatives
Proven marketing measurement and ROI analysis on campaigns.
Experience using a CMS and marketing automation tools to create a variety of digital marketing assets including landing pages, emails, workflows, etc.
Experience of Marketing Automation platforms
Experience of Google Adwords
Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
Experience working within a SaaS and/or Tech startup environment a plus
Experience working with WordPress
Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience running detailed campaign reporting
