Targeting companies globally within the Salesforce ecosystem, the Product Marketing Manager’s role will cover strategic planning through to tactical delivery of messaging and content. Occasional travel within the UK and abroad required.
Develop product content, such as brochures, presentations, proposals, webpages, datasheets and white-papers.
Create video for CloudSense, including the prioritisation, positioning and production of assets.
Manage the execution of the product marketing plan, including messaging frameworks and competitor positioning.
Work closely with the Vice President, Content & Product Marketing and greater Marketing team to create go-to-market, route to market and competitive plans.
Create and adapt the value propositions to industry and geographical segments for successful use into prospects, customers and partners.
Evangelize to customers, partners, analysts and internal audiences the CloudSense message through the full marketing mix.
Keep up to date with market and technology trends.
Work closely with Technology on the launching of new products and services as well as the evolution of existing products and services.
Build customer information and use cases to help define the market opportunity and the value proposition of how we are positioned.
Work closely with Sales and Alliances to define the enablement strategy to be successful in the field and to produce the required marketing assets.
Contribute to the daily execution of managing product/domain strategy, including communication, knowledge sharing, reporting, managing field expectations.
Work with the wider marketing team on PR, messaging, digital marketing strategy and integrated demand generation campaigns.
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Experienced marketing professional with proven experience of B2B marketing to enterprise companies.
This role requires you to be strongly technical with the proven ability to understand and communicate at that technical level, so software sector experience is beneficial.
You prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a product / proposition marketing role.
Educated to degree level or Marketing Qualifications e.g. CIM or IDM
Outstanding numerical and analytical skills, ability to extract and use relevant data as foundation of robust fact based strategy and planning .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
SaaS+ marketing experience desired but not essential.
Highly driven self-starter, motivated.
High creativity and personal productivity with superior written and verbal communication skills.
Adept at working under pressure and in a start-up environment.
Confident communicator and presenter.
Integrated marketing experience across the wide range of offline/online channels.
