Fairfax New Zealand selects CloudSense to accelerate digital sales transformation
CloudSense, a global leader in Salesforce-native commerce solutions, today announced New Zealand media company Fairfax has selected the CloudSense platform to transform the ad sales process for its digital business. The CloudSense platform will create a unified sales experience in Fairfax’s Salesforce environment and be fully integrated into Google’s DFP Sales Manager system, helping accelerate Fairfax’s sales transformation programme.
The move follows the successful rollout of Salesforce Sales Cloud to the Fairfax sales team, reducing the 56 percent of their time spent on administration rather than selling. Now, the CloudSense platform will streamline ad sales with a single system that enables the sales team to seamlessly check availability, configure, price, quote and contract without leaving Salesforce. This will ensure a simple and seamless customer journey from first inquiry right through to billing and beyond, while at the same time, providing Fairfax with a complete view of its advertising sales pipeline and other valuable management information.
