If you are a talented, bright and enthusiastic Junior-Mid Graphic Designer, we need you to join the global marketing team. You will help create designs and graphics that have a high visual impact. This is a brand-new role where you will be the sole designer and relish in the opportunity to shape and lead this area.

Create innovative concepts and ideas for design and marketing campaigns in all kinds of media and disciplines – demonstrate a creative, dynamic, yet detail-orientated outlook
Create visuals, consistent and cross-media, that can be deployed online and tracked.
Work with the Marketing team to review, develop and implement opportunities to enhance the design facility
Manage and utilize the image library – sourcing new images if and when appropriate online
Input into and follow the brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all activity
Link the design and the imagery to the contents of all collateral.
Communicate with internal teams regularly to update them on deadlines
Schedule all design activities to prioritize tasks – manage all deadlines accordingly
Produce design, online, marketing and digital communications in support of all online and offline marketing tools – email, presentation, print and other such as designs for stands on events.
Bringing to life the brand and differentiating the message.
Lead the ongoing graphical evolution of the brand & collaborate on our brand strategy with the marketing team.
Design and create, with understanding of the contents and the objectives where appropriate:
Exhibition booth signage
Other collateral such as Business Cards, Office branding (Manifestations, etc).
Participate in planning and other meetings to keep up to date with the business and industry sector and apply it to all design activity.
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a graphic design role, within a B2B environment.
Design-led Degree or equivalent qualification – this may be in graphic design, illustration or a related subject.
A self-starter with ability to work under own initiative.
Strong sense of design and aesthetics.
Acute attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Excellent typographic skills.
Creative flair and originality.
Great ability to communicate with all levels of a business, confidently presenting and explain ideas.
A proactive approach to editing and copy validation and correction.
The ability to balance work on several projects at a time.
Good team spirit.
A strong portfolio of online and offline work.
Planning, prototyping, storyboard and schematic skills.
Detailed knowledge and the ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud.
Able to create business collateral in Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
