KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
CloudSense is an established and trusted cloud integrator and consulting partner for Salesforce.com across EMEA, delivering the highest quality solutions to customers, leveraging the full benefits of the platform as a service model.
A CloudSense Project Manager will:
Establish and manage project management activities including scope, quality, planning, time management, scheduling, project costing and budget management for any given CloudSense client project
Manage the interaction with the clients and stakeholders and understanding their requirements
Maintain quality documentation and project tracking
Perform RAID analysis, mitigation planning and decision analysis for the project
Develop and execute on complex project plans from vision/ concept to deployment and post live customer care
Maintain project progress while working with minimal management supervision.
Ensure quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure
Manage change control procedures, collaboration and conflict management
Provide leadership to the project team and take appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances
Collect and validate information, requirements and constraints from stakeholders including preparation and running of workshops and structured & unstructured interviewing
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
5+ years of experience in project management in an IT environment
Experience managing Salesforce.com projects is preferred
com certification is preferred
Scrum certification is preferred
Self-directed, organised, and detail-oriented with an eye toward high quality, on-time work
Strong presentation and written communication skills
Strong collaboration skills; ability to lead and foster effective team
Travel (50%+) will be required as part of this role.
