The Sales & Marketing Operations is a newly created function responsible for providing cross-functional support across the business.The team’s main responsibilities evolve around process optimisation, data analysis, enablement and technology stack management – developing processes and identifying system improvements that increase efficiency, improve performance and unlock revenue growth.
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team. The Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst will be providing operational and analytical support for the business development, marketing and sales teams to support their efforts related to lead generation, data management, analysis and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Partnering with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success leadership and their teams, to ensure all account, contact and other territory coverage information is accurate and up-to-date. Assisting with data integrity in Salesforce, cleansing and maintaining the database to ensure streamlined sales and marketing activities. Establishing and executing on strategies for importing & managing new contacts/leads/databases.
Supporting the organisation with specific reporting requirements around individual, team and territory performance to promote effective planning and strategy definition. Developing and delivering analytics to evaluate business requirements and recommending changes or improvements which positively impact productivity across all commercial channels. Continued development of Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
Sales and Marketing Support
Providing data and reports to help their day to day activities along with the management of customer accounts within the Salesforce platform.
Working to a research brief to acquire organisation and contact information, cleansing existing data using available sales and marketing tools in order to generate prospect lists to be managed in Salesforce.
Working with other departments to understand ‘as-is’, improvements, processes and developing user cases by working with key stakeholders. Overseeing governance of all relevant processes, running routine audits to verify compliance at all levels.
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Background of working in an administration operative role.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent, correct data across multiple systems
Strong analytical mind, enabling you to question, understand and articulate data in a simple but informative way.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to work with people at all levels.
Ability to display outstanding organisational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines with an eye for detail and a calm approach when under pressure.
International experience a major plus.
Experience working with sales and/or support systems.
