KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provide routine administration for the Salesforce platform and its associated apps, including effective and responsive first line support to all users.
Assist Sales & Marketing Operations with the development and execution of the SFDC roadmap, working alongside all end-users to understand requirements, prioritise changes and communicate updates.
Act as project manager for Salesforce small changes and projects; providing system and business process expertise to ensure solutions meet user requirements and adhere to best practices. Develop, test, release and maintain workflows, rules, page layouts, custom fields/objects and other customisations.
Act as steward for maintaining high data integrity across commercial systems. Assist business users in uploading data to Salesforce using Data Loader tool to minimise the manual effort required to load large data sets.
Interpret data requirements from stakeholders, building and maintaining reports and dashboards to ensure sales teams, management, operations and other users have access to key commercial data.
Improve external integrations with Salesforce, such as marketing (HubSpot), support and finance (FinancialForce) systems ensuring any integration impacts are understood.
Act as Salesforce expert user for the sales teams, producing and updating relevant documentation, guiding on Salesforce best practice and providing training to ensure a high level of adoption on existing and new processes.
Stay up to date on the latest trends, innovations, and technologies, identifying and implementimg usability improvements and enhancements.
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Must have at least 2-3 years Salesforce administration experience with good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
Salesforce ADM 201 Certified preferred
Experience of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
Familiarity with databases and database architecture
International experience a major plus
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent, correct data across multiple systems
Experience working with sales and/or support systems
Work well under pressure, with ruthless prioritisation and timely and transparent communication
