Possible management of sub-projects and workstreams Communication with project participants and representatives about the assigned topics. Uphold the standards for project management, policy issues, methodologies and tools
Prepare and manage workshops, brainstorming and training sessions, mostly as a project activity.
Assist in the configuration of software and equipment and systems testing of platform-specific versions of Salesforce.com, CloudSense Order Management or other software packages. Documents faults, implement resolutions and retests to agreed standards
Provision of effective leadership to the project team
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Minimum 5 years 8+ years experience preferred in an information technology consulting role
Understanding of Salesforce.com solution architecture is preferred
Salesforce.com certification is preferred
Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, the Salesforce.com Web Services API is preferred
Experience with software development methodologies
Self-directed, organised, and detail-oriented with an eye toward high quality, on time work
Strong presentation and written communication skills
Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and good listening skills to translate in the other direction
Strong collaboration skills; ability to lead and foster effective teams Travel (50%+) will be required as part of this role
