KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Understand, analyse and implement demonstration specifications, providing constructive feedback, ad hoc effort estimation and feasibility assessments.
Propose possible solutions, identifying alternative solutions and recommending any new approaches as applicable.
Design and implement innovative solutions that meet challenging business requirements while considering all factors such as best practices, performance, usability and user experience.
Work closely with the UX Developer to jointly implement demonstrations that are highly usable and cosmetically pleasing.
Work closely with the team to jointly implement demonstrations that are highly usable and resolve business pains providing additional value.
Coordinate and take active roles within small virtual teams.
Design and document components with an eye for reuse in subsequent demonstrations.
Produce relevant documentation for implemented demonstrations.
Assist in population and maintenance of the demo component library.
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Ability to gather requirements using structured and non-structured methods.
Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical audience and good listening skills to translate in the other direction.
Experience in working in a packaged software environment such as CRM Dynamics, SAP or Netsuite.
Be a clear communicator and team player.
Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
Good english written and verbal communication skills.
Have a talent for problem solving in a fast paced prototyping-style environemnt.
Prior experience with CRM, CPQ, Order Management.
Prior experience with Salesforce technologies.
Experience in working on demonstrations, proofs of concept or similar presales environments.
Experience in Java, C#, .Net, Apex or other development language.
