UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented Digital UX/UI designer to join our Product team to design, prototype and optimise the user journeys of our world-class commerce platform. The role will focus across our products, which include internal sales journeys, partner sales journeys, digital self-service journeys, product and pricing administration, deal management, framework agreement, contract management and order management processes. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work with product managers, architects and developers to define and support the delivery of simple, intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces across our range of Salesforce native software products.

Your Key Responsibilities

Specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with product management and product delivery to understand product capabilities and direction
  • Manage and execute all visual design work, from initial wireframes to final high-fidelity designs
  • As required, produce other artifacts such as storyboards and user flows to effectively communicate your ideas
  • Demonstrate original thinking to bring simplicity to otherwise complex business scenarios
  • Present your designs to colleagues across the business and capture and respond to their feedback
  • Meet with customers to conduct user research and understand possible pain points with current products
  • Design components for a UI design system to reuse across multiple applications

Your Technical Qualifications

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in hands-on digital UX/UI design, gained through full-time employment or student work opportunities. You will be familiar with common tools and emerging trends in this field.


  • UX/UI design experience with a referenceable portfolio
    ** We ask that candidates share their portfolio, either by URL or as a separate document on application **
  • Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, high fidelity designs, and other common design artifacts
  • Experience designing business system interfaces
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Experience presenting your designs to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Ability to adapt designs to different environments and devices


  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
  • Degree or college certification in in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience working with Salesforce

The ideal applicant will have experience designing simple administrative interfaces for complex software products.

Applicants should be aware that some occasional travel may be required to regional offices – principally London. This will be infrequent but may be required during your onboarding period.
