CloudSense, the leading cloud integrator and Salesforce Platinum Partner, has been recognized in The Sunday Times’ rundown of the 100 Best Small Companies To Work For 2013.

The annual list is the definitive guide to UK employers, rigorously assessing workplace performance and best practice across eight separate criteria including senior leadership, staff wellbeing and pay and benefits. In its first year of entry CloudSense debuted at 55th in this year’s ranking, marking the company out as one of the UK’s top employers.

With a head office in the UK and a presence in mainland Europe, CloudSense has quickly established itself as a major player in the cloud computing space. The company is one of only a handful of UK Salesforce Platinum Partners and counts O2, the BBC, News International, Johnston Press and Vodafone as customers.

Richard Britton, CEO and Co-Founder of CloudSense, comments: “Being named as one of the UK’s top places to work is a huge achievement and we’re all immensely proud of making this year’s Sunday Times list. CloudSense has grown quickly and that success is due to the people who work here. We have created a culture where talented people can thrive, and ultimately that benefits our customers and helps the business to grow.

“We have experienced very rapid growth since we started the company in terms of both revenue and people. From the beginning our focus has always been on hiring the very best talent and as a fast-growing company we’re excited about what this accolade means for our ability to attract the highest-calibre of candidates.”
