The huge scope of the talks, events and workshops that have characterized and popularized Dreamforce can also make it difficult to know how to best spend your time.

To help you prioritize during Dreamforce 2018 we’ve put together our 6 essential tips to help you squeeze every last drop from the experience.

1. Recap on 2017

To identify what you want to get from Dreamforce 2018, it’s worth taking stock of last year’s event.

Our highlights included the positively buzzing Customer Success Expo, Michelle Obama’s inspiring talk and the mind-boggling IoT Smart Lego City, powered by myIoT.

The keynote brought Salesforce and Marc Benioff’s grand vision to life, with the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the ease of customizing the likes of myEinstein at the forefront of the conversation.

And, while there were none of the earth-shattering announcements we’ve come to expect from previous years, it was still a watershed year for Dreamforce for different reasons.

It was a year when organizations transitioned from merely talking about the importance of customer-centric transformation, to delivering on it (and then sharing the results).

You can discover unique insights into the challenges, key takeaways and outcomes of some these customer-centric digital transformations here.
